1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding ProjectANTIDOGS (“the Bot”) to your Discord server or by using its dashboard (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProjectANTIDOGS is an automated anti-raid and moderation bot for Discord. It monitors guild activity in real time to detect and respond to coordinated attacks (raids), mass-join events, spam, and other disruptive behaviour through automated moderation actions such as timeouts, kicks, bans and server hardening.

3. Eligibility

You must be the owner or have administrative permissions on the Discord server where the Bot is installed. You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Terms of Service.

4. Bot Permissions

The Bot requires certain Discord permissions to function (View Channels, Manage Roles, Moderate Members, Kick Members, Ban Members, Manage Channels, Manage Guild, Send Messages, Read Message History). The server administrator is responsible for reviewing and accepting those permissions when adding the Bot.

5. Automated Actions

The Bot performs automated moderation actions based on configurable detection thresholds. While designed to be accurate, the Bot may occasionally act on false positives. The Bot provides a review system, allowlists and safety guards to minimise unintended actions. Server administrators are responsible for configuring detection sensitivity, allowlists and rollout posture appropriate to their community.

6. Dashboard Access

The control plane dashboard is an optional web interface for monitoring and managing the Bot. Access is controlled via access keys and, optionally, Discord OAuth identity verification. Dashboard access credentials must not be shared with unauthorised persons.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developers of ProjectANTIDOGS are not liable for any damages, loss of data, wrongful bans or moderation actions, server disruptions or any other consequences arising from the use of the Bot or dashboard. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical issues. The Bot operates on a best-effort basis.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Bot from your server. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any server that violates these Terms or Discord’s policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced through the Bot’s support channels where feasible.
